The 2018 Cavalier Cross Country Camp will be held at the Miller School which is situated 12 miles west of
Charlottesville and the University of Virginia, on a gently rolling campus of 1,600 acres (6 km2).  Campers will also tour Grounds at UVa, and have dinner on The Corner.

The camp was started by the University of Virginia’s Head Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Coaches Peter Watson and Todd Morgan and aims to prepare campers to compete in running events from 800-meters through 10,000-meters and cross country.

Space is limited to 105 campers. The 2013 2014 2015 2016 and 2017 Camp sold out so don't wait to register!

AGE: This camp is open to boys & girls in the 6th through 12th grades

Camp is open to any and all entrants limited only by number, age, grade level, and/or gender.

Tuition:  $525 (overnight camper) $425 (local/commuter)

Housing and Food:
Campers will stay in the dorms of the Miller school and will be provided with Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.  A camp store will be available to purchase snacks. Dorms are air conditioned, however, you may bring fans for additional comfort.  We can happily accommodate specific dietary needs. 

Emergency Information: An emergency contact and release form is required for all campers. Insurance information, and a medical history is required to attend.  No physical documentation is needed.  Please note the emergency information location on the bottom of the camper application form. If there are any special needs, the Camp athletic trainer must be notified at camp registration.

Conduct: Campers are expected to adhere to a strict set guidelines and rules unless with an organized camp group. Campers must be supervised at all times. A positive attitude is required at all times!

What to bring: All campers will need to bring: Money for snacks, souvenirs, etc. Campers will also need proper track attire, running shoes and/or spikes, swim suit, and casual attire for the evenings. Resident campers need blankets, towels, personal toiletries, and casual attire for the evenings.

Cell Phones: We ask that cell phones be left in the dorm room during lectures and workouts. Cell phone use is allowed during camp free time.

Airport: We will be happy to provide transportation to/from Charlottesville airport. This service will cost $60.00, round-trip, and is due with deposit. Please provide the camper’s flight information on the camp application.

Payment and Registration
:  NCAA rules prohibits free/reduced camp admission for prospect – aged individuals.

Cancellation policy:
Any cancellations after July 1 will require a letter from a physician due to injury, and a $75 fee will be assessed.
